I tried playing on Legacy to check out my old toons, and I was shocked when all my gears weren’t equipable because I didn’t have points on my Merchant faction or the Loot faction.
That bumped me out, and I quit the game because I can’t even play my toons anymore. I felt like playing via cycles/seasons was a waste of time.
What the heck and why??? Is this supposed to happen?
Do I need to grind again on Legacy just to be able to wear my gear again??
There are several threads about this (though none recently). Basically you have a merge button in your stash. Switch to whichever cycle you were playing and hit merge and you will get your ranks back.
As an added note, don’t be impatient as it will take a little time (probably a couple of minutes). It will not give you any indication of this but it will be working in the background.
