Ported Solo CF character to Normal.
Now when creating a new character in Normal the Faction characters are missing in The Keeper’s Camp, i.e. unable to select faction on alt character.
Also having the same issue. Ported character from CF, not seeing faction NPCs in the Keepers camp on alts.
I´m having same issue. My characters are all online Legacy ones and solo account, but after creating a new mage to try a sorcerer

Maybe this is the issue:
My new character is the only one classified as “normal”,
despite never having played a hardcore game
That means that all older characters are not “normal”, nor “hardcore”, so any new character will not see the Faction NPCs as it´s not considered a character of the same type.
