Exuberance states it should give you “2 stacks of Perfection per attack at full health”. This does not work with throwing attacks, only melee from what I can tell (didn’t test bow).

Perfection is a melee specific stack so logically Exuberance would then be melee based… Doesnt really make sense for a melee buff to be increased by any kind of attack other than melee…

Sorta. All the buffs given by Perfection aren’t melee-specific. I figured since the Perfection passive specifically called out “melee attack” and the Exuberance passive specifically called out “attack”, that would mean it would open up Perfection to other attack types. If the intent is it should always be melee only, then the description could use some clarity.
Yip… This is a common thought with some of the skill descriptions and tooltips… They can be a little vague/ambiguous at time. As you say, in this case the buffs gained arent melee specific but generating them is so it could definitely be clearer…
