Extra Health Regeneration not being accounted for

Seen many atributes bugging out and not being taken into consideration, but usualy a game restart fixed it.
Have one that seems a game restart does not fix.
I have a one ring with 109 Health Regeneration and total Health Regeneration of 504
I swap it with another ring with 125 Health Regeneration.
Total Health Regeneration remains the same at 504
