Exsanguinous base item?

What do you smash Exsanguinous with to upgrade it to a legendary?

The base item, Noble Rainment, was removed from the game and the other similar item is a set item, so I’m not sure what will work with it. What am I missing here?

Any chest armor works if you are talking about Temporal Sanctum dungeon. You do not need the bases of the item to be the same. It can work with items from other classes that you are using as well if their base belongs to a specific class. Just a warning though if you smash an affix which is specific to a class then the Exsanguinous in your case should also be locked for that class only.

Thank you, appreciate the answer! That makes it easier then, just farm up some chest armor.

Yeah, you just farm the exalted affixes you desire on any chest amor.

Anytime good luck with the farm! Also just another quick FYI it is the same when using runes of ascendance if you or others did not know. You can use them on any item type to get any unique as long as it is not a boss drop only item.
