I have “Graveyard Prisons” node and 3 point in"Warden of the Dead" node in weawer tree, but they not spawning. Is it bug or some changes?
P.S. in tomb they spawning, but in cemeteries not.

Just wanted to bump this and say I’m having a similar issue. Exiled mages are not spawning in Cemeteries. Unsure if they are working in tombs. I don’t think I’ve spawned a tomb since allocating this node.
Also bumping to confirm mages not spawning in Cemeteries despite the ‘Graveyard prisons’ node being active.
still no nemesis or mages in cemeteries (at least not in Cemetery of Reweaving woven echoes, they did spawn them in earlier seasons)

Same here, this is a big issue since those encounters seems to have better loot rates.
