When I click on a Exile Mage node, they spawn in but don’t load. I can kill them, but I cannot see them. Same thing with Bosses that have to Animate in. I have double checked all my in game settings and nothing is wrong there.

Apparently I had some that grew void legs and walked away. I found the files and lassoed them back where they belong. All fixed. If you have this problem, verify your files and make sure that you aren’t missing any.
