Hi,
I had a level 90 VK with following skills-Void cleave/Erasing strikes/sigils of hope/devouring orb/volatile reversal. I didn’t play the char for a few days and suddenly the VK is specialized in warpath!. Has all 20 points and all. So my Void cleave specialization got exchanged for warpath specialization.

What you describe isnt generally possible… The only way for this to happen without playing and manually changing the build is if the actual savegame for your VK was replaced with an older one…
- Did you have a previous build on this character that had Warpath?
- Are you sure you are not mistaking this build for another one you have/confusing the two?
- Are you using Steam Cloud saves that could have reverted to an older copy of the file?
- Did you make a backup of the game folder and something reverted / restored it back?
- Does someone else have access to your local machine & can play the game without your knowledge?
EDIT: one additional question: Do you play on multiple systems and use Steam Cloud? Sometimes when this happens Steam Cloud messes up which is the primary copy and you end up with older cloud saves replacing newer ones…

Steam Cloud is automatically on by default… It has been known to do fairly odd things sometimes… Especially if Steam didnt shutdown properly while Steam was trying to update the cloud or if the network connection was causing problems… this then causes the cloud to go out of sync and and when it next tries to update it sometimes copies the older save overwriting the newer one…
Based on the fact that its probably an older save of this character, this is the only thing that I can think of that happened in your case… I personally have had issues with Steam Clouds doing similar things - not in LE - but in other games so I always disable it and make manual backups of my files…
I dont think there is any way to get your newer build back other than to recreate it…
As a workaround to prevent this happening in future, I’d recommend that you make backups of your saves manually (and/or consider disabling steam cloud if you want to).
Cloud saves are in folder:
[STEAM_GAME_FOLDER]/steamapps/userdata/[STEAM_USER_ID]/899770/ac/
WinAppDataLocalLow/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/
If you dont use Cloud saves, then the saves will be in folder (hidden by default on Windows):
[DRIVE]:/Users/[USER_NAME]/AppData/LocalLow/Eleventh Hour Games/Last Epoch/
That makes sense but also odd since it wasn’t a full rollback of the character. I guess there are portions that are saved locally and others on server. For e.g. Void cleave was still on my skill bar. I din’t even notice my spec change till I was in the monolith where the cleave wasn’t moving me forward enough which made me look at my specialization.

Nope, none of it is saved on a server, everything’s local.
