Look. I think I’ve even managed to balance this feature: in requirements, you need to make all four stats on item T5, then, you place it onto some kinda bench - and it is exalting a random affix. This will equal power creep on good but already outdated gear with current progress in monoliths, i think.
That could be good if there was a rune for that, so it wouid be like:
“all four stats on item T5, then, you use a Rune of the Exalted - and it is exalting a random affix.”
Maybe rune is too easy? That’s why I thought dungeon for that fits better. But rune also good idea, we just need exalting)
