In my opinion, it shouldn’t be possible for a blessing to roll the exact same as what you already have. 
It’s already a feels-bad moment when you actually get the correct blessing, but it rolls less than your current amount, but having it roll the exact same as what you already have feels EXTRA like a waste of a blessing slot offer, and it should have rolled as LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE.
i rolled at least 10 of the exact same 21% increase to finding uniques, then changed to 69% gold and then 22% uniques popped up 
Sorry, this can’t be fixed. It would turn the game into an Able_To_Get_Your_Blessing Simulator™. And that’s (apparently) bad for the game.
