was testing to see if you could skip talking to the npc with a dog.
-talked to the quest related npc in the mushroom field and saw no quest progess so went back to dog person to receive quest.
-quest progress for speaking to mushroom elder not tagged as done
-spoke to them again and went through all the lines, quest progress unable to be tagged as completed for speaking to them…
leaving and coming back does fix it by resetting the instance
