Moving into and out of towns results in infinite loading screens on EUW

i havent been able to play the game for an hour despite steam showing that i have 51 hour (my character still lvl 19), every time i change zone in game i get stuck on loading screen, cant go to any area other than main town, i have reported this problem every day for past 6 day but no fixes have been introduced yet, this has stopped many players from progressing the campaign (i know i know game is working perfectly fine for alot of people but u gotta understand it doesnt work for many of us), i would also like some answer from Devs if they have any plan for fixing it

On the west coast servers, I get the le-61 “failed matchmake”, when trying to leave the end of time for a monolith
