The Tranquil Spirit node that reduces Eterra’s Blessing to 0 when out of mana does not work. The tooltip changes to reflect the change but I am unable to cast it.
This is during online play, haven’t tried if it works on offline characters.
I came to report this same thing. It sometimes work and sometimes doesn’t. Once it starts working, it will keep doing so until you change map, but there is a chance it will start working at any point in a map it didn’t originally work in.
