Equipped Weapon wont show

So i logged this morning and my equipped weapons arent showing anymore (more annoying than game breaking), but then i also noticed that some item bases werent showing anymore ( item box shows and emptybox like shown in screenshot ( that is annoying gotta hover everything to know what it is)

Have you tried getting Steam to verify the game files?

If that doesn’t work, could you upload the game log file when this happens?
