Might be reddit rather and the forum being mostly ignored. It’s my guess.
But being in a echochamber is the better option then being unable to properly take in feedback and act accordingly, so I would argue @Macknum has provided the more lenient option there actually. The alternative is worse sadly.
Are you trying to say that reddit is an echo chamber of positive things about the game? Have you ever checked reddit? 
If anything, I’d say that reddit is even more critical of LE than the forums are.
Not even their discord server is free of criticism.

for poe it was unavoidable as i stated. they needed the cash, they couldnt afford to alienate the small playerbase that enjoyed the game by nerfing their builds.
as for LE, EHG has the perfect opportunity to pull things back. but seems like theyre not making any effort to do so.
GD for an example has many soft caps. the devs paid a lot of attention on nerfing their stats.
you will be hard pressed to get over 3 attacks per second on a 2 hander in that game. CD’s were nerfed and reworked so you couldnt get flicker strike levels of infinite cooldown bypasses.
in any case as i just talked about the acolyte being reworked not too long ago ehg released their trailer. damn i ll be jumping in to try it out.
I’ve never seen them adressing stuff anymore for a long time. Most answers go unanswered if you don’t dig or use other sites or discord and get lucky. They get so much feedback on certain topics like let’s say balancing and act like this feedback isn’t existing. Then they answer the willy-nilly breadcrumbs or engage on topics that are easy to answer.
They wen’t from aweome devs who openly talked about everything to political lines that offer no insight and just meaningless words. Look into that Krafton thread. To me this is a prime example of ignoring almost all negative views on the topic instead of offering examples why this partnership works and why they didn’t sell out.
To me engaing with stuff that is mildly debateable or agreeing and blatently ignoring everything else is reminding me of an echochamber because nothing realy happens. If they want to change my perception on this topic they need to be far more outspoken and open and adress topics that are unpleasent as well instead of cherrypicking what they engage with.

No, it’s a saddening change from the amount of communication EHG used to have on this forum in the past compared to now.
Yeah they got one big backlash and not so pleasent responces once and went into hiding for the most part. It’s sad to me. What’s even worse… I feel like I can’t trust them and their descissions anymore. Sure that’s just my feely feelies but to me it looks like the ship is going down. I hope I’m wrong but so far beeing an optimist with experience never let me down.
I don’t think that’s it. Because they got the same backlash (or even worse) on reddit and even on their discord and they’re very active there.
I honestly don’t know why they stopped interacting with the forum, really. It baffles me that they are more active on reddit than on the official forums.
