I have Eterras Blessing with node “Encourage”. But the cooldown never resets for Crowstrom when i cast Eterras Blessing on a crow.
Is this intended? In that case this can be closed.
How do you mean? It has a cooldown according to tooltip and you can decrease it with cooldown reduction affixes
