I just finished my last lvl 90 mono. and ran to the crystal and got the cutscene.
Once I try to open other monos I DO NOT get the prompt for empowered monos.
Also the other timelines that I have not yet been able to do are unavailable.
I found a fix. I did one normal mono and went back to the crystal and this time it worked. It unlocked empowered and the other isles.
