Before I go bug reports with this I’m just checking if I am missing something or if anybody else is having this problem. I push M and can see that it is empowered.
Unlike the other two empowered levels Eye of the Storm does not give me the option to reset. And upon selecting Eye of the Storm only level 80 appears in the introductory screen in the upper-right.
This is the second time this has happened but on a different character. So…
For me, it’s working. You might have to do 3-4 echoes before the reset button appears

Resetting the Monolith after doing a few solved the problem. Thanks.
This should probably be fixed because after beating 80 I had not gone back to it one time until after I beat the end game boss. So it was all primed, ready and untouched, ready to be selected for a new difficulty. But this was not possible.
