I currently have 1700 stability 100 corruption and Reign of Dragon is my first empower monolith that I am doing. The first two quest show up under optional quest while shade of orobys quest show up as main quest. After I clear the first two quest the third quest to kill the dragon still does not appear. Have attempt relogging to no avail!
