No, I did not push the boss. -
Were you ‘just’ escaping the explosion telegraph, or standing outside of it for a time before it went off?
No, I was at the edge of the arena. Specifically this happened 3 times on the Western edge of the arena and once at the Eastern edge of the arena. -
Was there anything else off during the fight with hit indicators, experiencing ‘lag’ or rubberbanding?
I was using the Shield Rush ability to get out of the blast and in my experience this ability seems to lag and/or snap back when you pass through an enemy while using it. In all four deaths while outside of the visual AoE range my Shield Rush had ended by hitting the edge of the arena. I cannot confirm that I passed through an enemy on all four attempts but I did notice it at least once.
