Empowered MoF with 241 corruption, defeated EoC and did not get a completion portal. Used portal (T) out as it was my only option, lost a little stability as if I had failed (no big deal). Pictures show him dead and no portal button, and the stability being just under what was needed to do the quest which should have been nearly set to 0 at this point.
