For some reason i cannot land non crit hits against the dummy.
I have 390% critical chance from passives and 9% base crit from “Charged destruction” plus 20% more critical chance from “Lightning nova node” this puts me at 82% critical chance
Without “luminaire” the crit is working and i can land non-crits.
Here are my passives/skill tree and i don’t have idols/gear other than orian’s eye for the extra mana.
