What is your opinion on Key Giveaways leading to the release of Season 2. A lot of the hype and high player count for PoE 2 was all the Buzz that were created by Key Giveaways. These raffles were super fun and entertaining to watch.
So beloved community what is your take on this.
Did GGG do those giveaways? As far as Iām aware, it was only content creators that did that on stream and were not affiliated with GGG in any way.
Much like they still give keys for LE, PoE2 or other games regularly, as a way to attract more people to their stream.
You got free keys in the Supporter Packs. And GGG gave keys to Streamers, I guess. And a lot of players that bought at least a 160$ supporter pack got 1 free key to spare, that were gifted to streamers to raffle. So in total hundreds of keys were given away.
