The Egoism node from the Dread Shade tree does not work when I apply it to my bone golem. The bone golems regular attacks and spells do not crit and the bone nova also does not crit when I have dread shade applied to my bone golem.
Do you have the Blind Fury oe Spectral Distance nodes as well? It would be helpful for the devs if you could attach your skill tree.
You sure you are not taking ‘doesnt effect that minion’ or w/e nodes and isnt actually giving any buffs at all
It was working just fine before so posting your skill tree would be quite helpful.
Egoism will not bypass mods such as crit avoidance so could that be what you are seeing? If you have bunch of crit avoidance mods stacked up in your mono
Sorry about that I’m at work right now so I can’t post a screenshot but will when I’m off. It was working just fine for me a few days ago as well. I switched to a flame wraith build for like two days then went back. When I tried to change everything though I noticed that I was no longer critting like before.
I tried my full lv 20 dread shade tree that I was using before when everything worked just fine but when I noticed I was not critting at all I refunded all the points and only put in the required nodes for Egoism using the path south from the middle node of dread shade to test anything else getting in the way. With only those few nodes selected I went to multiple maps including a vanilla story map just to see if I’m still getting non crits and sure enough my golems attacks as well as bone nova was not critting.
Again though when I get home I’ll take screenshots of the dread shade tree, bone golem tree, and my items.
