Like the title says Effigy of combustion 4 points 100% chance to summon a Infernal shade doesn’t proc 3 points bonus in veins of malice. I pay the reduced mana cost for Infernal shade when my zombie dies and spawn a shade and the text in Effigy of combustion says “you have a chance to cast” so it should proc Veins of malice or is it more to this that I have missed so I should not be able to proc Veins of malice?
If you mean the threshold 3 point bonus, then that is almost always only on direct casts. As a general rule, procs don’t proc stuff (though there are exceptions).

I was pretty sure that was the reason since they usually write that in the descriptions so I wanted to post about it to be sure. That is something the sould add to the description.
Yes, they usually specify “direct cast” and I’m guessing that’s missing there.
Although I could be wrong and it’s actually a bug and should be proccing. I don’t think so, but maybe someone else can shed some light on it.
