Edit: working again with 0.9f. With 0.9e update, Lich passive Harvested Legion and Bone Curse passive Entreat the Damned no longer function

Edit: tested again after the 0.9f update and Harvested Legion is summoning Skeleton Vanguards again now. Issue resolved.

With the 0.9e update, Lich passive Harvested Legion and Bone Curse passive Entreat the Damned no longer function.

Harvested Legion is 10% chance to summon Skeleton Vanguard on kill. Bone Curse’s Entreat the Damned is 10% chance to summon Skeleton Vanguard on killing an enemy with Bone Curse. Before 0.9e, you would usually summon 3x Skeleton Vanguards very quickly after killing a few packs. Now none are being summoned at all after doing multiple echoes.

To reproduce:

  1. Allocate points in Lich’s Harvested Legion and/or Bone Curse’s Entreat the Damned.
  2. Kill enemies.
  3. No Skeleton Vanguards are ever summoned.
