Echos modifiers doubled or even trippled

I often get echos modifier doubled or even trippled as shown in this screenshot where one of them is trippled and two of them are doubled.

It ends up overlapping with the quest objectives

I also attach my log file.

To be noted, my mouse has some issue with the spring of the left click and often generate a quick succession of clicks.
