Had been running Echo’s most of the day with no issues, then suddenly the echo reward at the end is not dropping any loot and the chest that should contain random items is only dropping gold.
Issue persists after reloading the zone completely, interestingly if the Echo reward is piles of gold that drops normally but nothing else does.

Just want to reiterate that this was not an issue with a filter as I’ve been asked on the discord, disabled it for one run and still saw no drops at the end of echo.
Also an update that new day new game session the issue is not currently replicating.
My friend had this issue multiple times but it was not only echo rewards. Basically no loot labels show up expect the ones for gold. Hitting z or x did not fix it, neither does reloading the zone. He had to quit and rejoin for it to be fixed. He did see the loot on the ground just fine, it was just the labels not showing and thus not being able to pick anything up.
Had the same yes also when i click on the reward it would stob being clickable but still shows
