Echo reward orb contained a unique item, you heard the sound uniques make when they drop and you can see the golden glow, but the item is in the ground and not visible or obtainable. This happened for the second time now, and I saw this bug was reported back in 2021(!!), how in the living hell is this STILL not fixed??? Very very disappointing, to say the least.
