Earthquake not producing aftershocks

Wanted to post here before posting in the bug forums just to make sure I’m not being dumb. I can’t get Earthquake to produce ANY aftershocks at all in my game.

Right now i stripped down my Druid naked and unspecialized EQ just in case. When i use the ability, i just get an initial hit and nothing else.

I’ve watched other players/streamers use this ability and have seen how the aftershocks should look, but that does not happen on my character. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you tried going to a low level zone? I can’t remember if they will only spawn on enemies rather than the training dummy.
