I have had 4 Hardcore characters die while I was in the loading screen, when it finished loading I had a return to menu button and my character was dead. Not sure if this is a Bug or a Technical issue. I’m just gonna play softcore until fixed but was wondering is anyone else having this problem?

Also just died in a loading screen. amazing when i played alot of hours into the game…
