Found an interesting interaction with which I was able to consistently duplicate any gear piece I tried it with, including affixes.
By, very quickly, clicking RMB (therefore equipping a gear piece) on an item in my inventory and instantly clicking and holding LMB and dropping that item on the floor, I was able to duplicate my item from the inventory. But ‘deleting’ the previously equipped one.
First time it occurred with a rare glove duplicating into the unique Avarice. It does not seem to have any constrains apart from the equipment slot. Have not tried it extensively with e.g. legendaries or other uniques.
I think this is something that should be fixed, especially with trade coming next week this could easily have an effect on the economy.
