When I rerolled the affix in the amulet, the game lagged and the process didn’t work. Then I moved it back to my inventory, and after about 5-10s the forge with the item appeared and I got 2 amulet (1 after reroll and 1 before reroll).

My friend also got the bug when he upgraded the affix. It only costs 1 affix shard to upgrade the affix from T1 to T5
