Duping bug with Monoliths

I discovered a dupe with items and Monoliths.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Finish an echo in a monolith, so you are outside (where the chest and shop is and where you collect the echo rewards).

  2. Open the rewards chest in the center (e.g. if its a unique item). This step I haven’t tested but it may be possible to just DROP a bunch of items on the ground.

  3. DIE. It will now duplicate the items when you click RESPAWN, as it thinks you have died inside the Monolith echo and dupes them as if it is moving the items with you.

NOTE: When I did step 3, I actually died from a dot that was cast on me from within the echo after portaling out.
