open a support ticket for example? this way for sure only EHG employees will read it
If it’s the runes of ascendance issue or crafting related, is the issue repeatable when not in a party? Otherwise they probably already know about that one. But doesn’t hurt to report whatever you have to support anyways.
Devs have said on Discord that you can use support ticket for these sorts of issues per @vapourfire response
