So I’m a little late to the game with a lot of work travel. I finally decided to try running dungeons to farm and see what my build can push. Failing in a dungeon should not disconnect you from the server. It’s not necessary at all. Yes, I died, but I shouldn’t have to go through the log in screen again just to log in, right click a key and go back to the dungeon. Just put us at the entrance.
That’s a thing? Might just be connectivity issues.
Don’t think it’s stabilized yet.
Well, my first attempt I went in blind and died to the boss. Disconnect. Then I decided to push Tier 2 (level 80) as a level 68. Both times I failed I was disconnected and sent to the character screen. Any other game play this doesn’t happen to me so I don’t know if it’s a bug or what.
Correct, that’s why it’s a bug. It’s not a feature the devs added & it’s not what the second D in D&D stands for.
Yeah a disconnect and a forced 10 minute queue would be the most fair thing ^^.
As Llama8 said it’s just a bug but to me it’s a feature. A pal of mine needed to farm a dungeonboss for an item. After he restarted the game 23 times he said he beat his first boss… guess what happened .
yep, this happens to me everytime…
kinda makes me strive to do better but its also a trash fail/feature/mechanic? lol
It’s a bug.
Okay, good to know it’s a bug. They’re pretty quick to get on things so I imagine this will get taken care of soon enough.
Most likely if it is not something that is complicated beyond belive.
