I do not know if anybody encountered these invisible walls in the Temporal Sanctum dungeon but here you go
Basically until I change the timeline I cannot pass through there. I guess it is either an invis wall or one of those pillars/doors maybe which do not load or something? Not the first time happening. Only in Temporal Sanctum for me though.
