Have done several bosses different dungeons, different tiers and different characters and getting no legendary loot from the boss loot pool, only loot that seems to drop is from door modifiers. I have noticed the boss will drop from its loot pool when one of the door modifiers pertain to a unique drop from the boss upon death. I have also toggled loot filters to double check, still nothing.

I have noticed the exact same thing in every dungeon, on different tiers as well.
