Immolator’s Oblation is a legendary belt only dropped in the soulfire bastion tier 3 or 4, is possible obtain this with rune of ascendancy?? or only in this dungeon?
It only drops from the Soulfire Bastion boss. Uniques/set items that only drop from monolith/dungeon bosses cannot be created with Rune of Ascendancy or be bought from the Soul Gambler.
