I ran the game on Windows 10 for a few months. Booted up in Ubuntu 20.04 and started a new character with a new stash. Today, I booted in Windows 10 again and my stash and craft items from my previous characters were all gone. I’m not concerned about getting it back. Just wanted to note it.
The save data is stored in separate places in Windows as compared to Unix, they’re stored in the Save folder in the same place as the log files:

Alternatively, I believe that since 0.7.7 the game has also used Steam cloud for syncing saves, if that’s an option for you.
