In the druid passive tree
3 point bonus for “Bush-Stalker” is “health leech on crit: +4%” but this does not give any leech.
Tested by removing and adding the passives, putting in more than three passive points, restarting the client.
Other sources of similar leech apply correctly and are noticeable.
