Druid werebear glitch

The druid character when it comes out of werebear form disappears completely. There is just a floating health bar above where the character body should be. Have had to sometimes reset the game to get the model back, other times I am lucky and just teleport and it comes back.

Same here,… after the werebear form the character disappears and even my party members cannot see me…
