In the multiplayer beta, it is not currently possible to reassign the druid shapeshifting skills (ie: maul, summon vines) to different hotbar slots.

Known issue.
I was about to post this in Feedback, but found this bug report. Feels like less of a bug report and more of a feature that will return once again. This one is pretty important to me as Druid is my main class, so bump goes the thread.
