Havent played in a while.
Not sure whats going on but i cant progress my druid passive tree, its just stuck.
I meet the requirments however i still cant unlock the rest of the tree.
I am level 91

Apparently you are a shaman, not a druid?

You can only go beyond 25 point mark on the mastery passive tree that you mastered.
I your case you mastered Shaman. The shaman passive tree is fully unlocked.
Both druid and beast master are only available to the 25 point mark.
You can spend more points than 25 in the lower portion of the passive tree, but the passives above that still stay locked
