But i find it really hard to make a good build were you are able to switch between two forms.
Im trying to make something between the Bearn and Swarmblade.
But to do so you need to use a lot of points in both to gain rage and stay in form, and then extra points to reach the transfer node between them.
This make very few points left to do anything damage or defence related and i end up with a cool switch build that don’t really do anything really good…
So am i missing something or do people have any good ides how to do this :)?
If you switch between two formes, there are little to no need to take node that give you Rage.
I don’t know about Bear & Swarmblade I didn’t try yet the Melee version of Druid but in Spriggan & Swarmblade (Minion Build) the node where well placed so i didn’t lose that much to take them (around Hive for Swarmblade and Vines for Spriggan).
Yes, it’s why you don’t need those rage gain node.
The others advantage of switching a lot: You gain 2s of -70% damage receive from Druid Mastery Passive and also 50% Damage & Armor + Crit. Chance & Crit. Multiplier from the Druid Passive Tree.
At the moment i am using the artors legacy, kermodes cage and last bears fury (uniques and set) until i find more proper gear.
On idols you want to have melee damage or crit multiplier while transformed, otherwise increased melee or physical damage. Same ideally on chest and helmet.
Swarmblade role is primarily to refill rage, grant shapeshift bonus, +50 lightning damage and locust swarm to werebear. That said, swarmblade can hold its own nonetheless, but the skills are all geared towards werebear form. Especially swarm strike with locust swarm is really good against trash mobs.
As you can see the build is not fully optimized and proven for empowered but so far im having a blast.
I would be happy if you can let me know what you think, since you have been going for the same kind of playstyle.
