In my most current play session, dropped items suddenly stopped displaying labels, causing them to not be able to be picked up. I tried toggling item filters, but it didn’t help. Gold was not affected. Leaving the game to the character select and re-entering the game fixed the issue.

I had this happen while trying to craft in the End of Time zone. When I picked up my item from my inventory, it did not show up on my cursor. I clicked (not in the forge window) and the item ended up on the ground with no label. I could not pick it up. Shortly before this happened, I had hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and canceled out of bringing up task manager. I was able to fix the problem and resume seeing and picking up my item off the ground by hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del and canceling out again.
Hmmm…interesting. I don’t remember if I had alt-tabbed near the time I noticed the issue. But I’ll keep that in mind the next time it happens. Thanks!
