I can’t change any of my graphics settings since a few days ago because every dropdown element shows OPTION A, OPTION B, OPTION C no matter how many actual options there should be:
Tried verifying my files through Steam but it didn’t find any issues.

This is a known issue that requires you to reset your game graphics settings.
The simplest way to do this is to delete the le_graphicsmanager.ini file from the Last Epoch folder while the game IS NOT running.
This should reset things (the game will recreate a new one) and allow you to change the settings to whatever you want again.
The file is in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Eleventh Hour Games\Last Epoch
on windows.
(you will need to have enabled view hidden folders to see the appdata directory).

I’ve attached the corrupted file in case anyone wants to have a look at it. Seems like it was just filled with NULL values: le_graphicsmanager.ini (479 Bytes)
