Hi, i wanted to ask about the drop chances off the Shard of the Shattered Lance. When i search for it all sites are saying it drops from the same boss. I do get the other set pice but… thats it. Both items are common drops so i should get it after some tries. Killed the boss 25 time already and every time i only get the Fragment. Am i just extrem unlucky or do i have to do some special raindance and pray to the gods xD ? Or does it dont even drop from him. If someone could give me some information would be great. TY 
It’s all rng I got it when I killed the boss the first time non empowered. So you might kill him once more or hundret times more.
