I am using Exsanguinous low life lich build, and tested on dummy the damage for Drain Life per tick does not change when you add an idol such as “x% increased Damage Over Time (or Spell Damage) while at Low Health” and without it. Has anyone tested this? The nodes in Drain life I am spec’d in are the tree towards Dark Shackles to Grasp of Damned, and then bottom left to Blood Pact.
