Entered the Dragons Grotto Echo, jumped in the arena with my Rogues Shift, got stuck in there:
Was able to defeat the dragons, but now cant speak to npc …
Shift Skill is not usable anymore, cant jump out.
Edit: Its reproducable for me, accidently landed there a second time … 
Can confirm this is a problem, can’t pick up items or use any movement abilities to get out of it

Jumped into the arena, used Lunge to move to the dragons and somehow got stuck in the terrain. Skill like Devouring Orb, Anomaly can’t be used, but Smite still worked - killed the 2 dragons with it, but can’t finish the zone. Sigils of Hope also work properly.
On a second thought, I might have Lunged into the eggs near the dragons and get stuck that way.
Same here. Any use of Surge gets me caught here and no traversal skill gets me back out.
Confirming this as well. All of my skills are usable except Shift to get out of the terrain. I was able to use town portal to get out.
Also happens on roque with shift.
Acolyte Transplant can happen aswell
Also works with stormblade dive, did it 3 times in a row now.
Got stuck on this map 5 times in a row using rogue’s shift and rogue’s synchronized strike. I think I’m getting stuck on the ice that’s left after the eggs are destroyed.
Just happened to me 3 times as bladedancer… 3 dead runs. 3 needless farming back up. This needs priority.
